"We had a wonderful stay. The property was beautiful, well maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Our room was comfortable, and a great size. It felt cozy while still offering plenty of space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. A special thank you to Hanssen Beristain, who went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests truly elevated our experience and made us feel valued from start to finish.
The food at the restaurants was top notch and highly recommended. Every meal we had was excellent, especially at the reservation required restaurants. The French restaurant in the Royal Level was absolutely phenomenal. Easily a 5 star dining experience from the service to the presentation and quality of the food. That menu alone was unforgettable.
One of the biggest highlights was the location and nearby activities. Having Xcaret next door was incredible and provided endless opportunities for adventure, nature, and entertainment.
If there were a few areas for improvement, the snack bar buffet needs significant upgrades to match the quality of the other dining venues. Additionally, the resort could benefit from more bartenders, larger bar areas, or additional bar locations throughout the property. During peak times, the bars became crowded, which sometimes resulted in longer wait times for drinks. Improving that would improve over all scores"
