"Room: we were a family of 5 in a family room. The room has barely any storage, so it was pretty hard to unpack our clothes for one week. No dressers. The bathroom has just one hook, so it is difficult to hang the towels, robes, etc…
Bed was comfortable and they gave us enough shampoo, conditioner, etc..room was clean and enjoyable
Pools: we were at the waterpark section most of the time…the water is very chlorinated, and kids weren’t allowed with goggles on the slides which was unfortunate.
Pool was clean, but many of the small tiles were missing, and needs repair asap…
Restaurants: very nicely designed. Food was ok, not bad at all, but also not the greatest…
Speciality restaurants aren’t labeled and sometimes hard to find..
bars, coffee shop, has no menus and staff isn’t helpful. You either know what you want or have to go on their app to find the menu..
Animation: not the best… if you are at the waterpark, nobody will approach you to participate in anything. They have activities on the app, but they don’t get people to play, so the activities actually don’t take place (volleyball, ping pong, etc..)
Night shows are nice
Beach: HORRIBLE…they had a tractor on side but did not use it. So much seaweed, nobody cleaned it. Saw nobody at least try. Smell was unbearable. They had another access to the beach from the chill out place, and they would no allow guests through. There was no smell there. They made us walk through the main walk which was disgusting."
