I paid for all inclusive. Hotel wouldn't honor it. Even after showing them emailed confirmation. Expedia was no help either. First day if trip traveling from Dallas to Mexico since 10am , we're didn't eat until 9pm. Spent three while day trying to fix issue. Next day Expedia blames the hotel and hotel blames Expedia. Multiple attempts to speak with a supervisor with Expedia with no help. Finally fixed the next day. Expedua issues a 25 credit towards next trip. A joke 25 dollars. Hotel fires nothing but blame Expedia. When you ruined a day's trip worth over 300 dollars.

This hotel is a great choice for families. The property is so relaxing. Due to COVID most of amenities are not working. Costumer services could not be better. The Food at the Italian restaurant is awesome and the staff is very professional. Room is daily well care. The only think I do not recommend is the drinks at the beach.

I loved the scale of the resort and how the lagoon ran throughout the property. I really enjoyed the boat ride and eco tour plus the ease of visiting other hotels. I loved the spa and also the adults only pool. On the downside, the decor throughout the hotel was a bit dated with peeling veneers on furniture and marble and stone colors from 20 years ago. The interconnected pools in the middle looked very midmarket overall. I also thought most of the food was mediocre except for the Asian latin restaurant. Housekeeping was good in our first room but not in the second room we had - they didn’t even replace toilet paper and we ran out.
