This resort was very clean and staff were very helpful. The food was always delicious with plenty of options. The fact that you can order food and not just drinks on the beach was awesome. The staff who did this were quick and always willing to help, very very hard workers.

We loved the property and our room, and everyone we met upon arrival was very friendly. The beach was ok and the food was good for an all-inclusive resort. The problem we encountered was in regard to communication issues and feeling "nickel and dimed". They didn't hard sell the timeshare too bad, but they were persistent. They also charged us a no-show 500 pesos fee on a reservation that we were never made aware of. Upon questioning this fee on our reconciliation bill, I was told the manager would be in touch but never heard from him. I was also told we had a $50 resort credit we could use but wasn't able to use the entire amount upon leaving. It's unfortunate that these things, while small in and of themselves, left us feeling bad about an otherwise excellent vacation.

Overall it is a very nice property. A couple of annoyances but that can happen anywhere. The hot tub was broken at the spa and the ceiling fan in our room was either nothing or turbo speed - the settings didn't work. Little suprising being the newer section and many years open have been COVID-19 years.. Food is pretty good. Highly recommend the steak house.

clean well taken care of property, no trash, cups, or plates anywhere at any time. Staff does a great job of keeping things up. No seagulls trying to nail your food when eating outdoors thanks to the predator birds they bring out to control the pests. this is the place for quiet relaxation, no music at bar in the pool. Beware of the rascal and jazzy scooter operators they are probably not licensed to drive cars but they can attempt to drive them into the elevator. Just be quick and get out of the way.

I was a little nervous to stay at this resort because of reviews saying everything closed too early, it is difficult to get reservations at the restaurants, and that there was nothing to do. I can happily say that this resort exceeded my expectation. We loved the buffet and Luna Grill. Our concierge Axel got us reservations at both restaurants and was not pushy about becoming a resort member. The beach is right on the resort and is so clean. The resort is kept super clean with workers constantly working to clean the grounds and the beaches. It was such a relaxing stay and we loved the resort even as a group of four women in their 20s! If you aren't big party people, you will love this resort.
