Loved staying here. Originally booked for 1 night and ended up booking 3 more nights. Very chill atmosphere, it is noisy at night from the street and the music, so if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Breakfast was wonderful. Only issues were a little more language barrier than I’d have thought, no lights for each bunk, so hard to do anything if anyone is sleeping and 1 toilet for 10 people. But overall AMAZING stsy!

Finding the place with no sign outside made it impossible to find eithout troubling other merchants. My res was lost, the clerk insisted i had responsibility because thhe printout page didnt mention their name (as if the streetfront did) took over 40 minutes to check in.rooms were better waitstaff great

Ok so my family had 3 reservations and we arrived early, they were able to hand us 2 rooms about an hour before 3pm which was check-in time. The third room was not ready till 4:45pm, but it’s fine we had our stuff in one of the other rooms in the meantime. So one of my families deluxe room did not have a trash can and we asked about it they said they were out of them. I had the presidential suite and it was cute and all, but there were some issues. First you should know they don’t have elevators which seems fine until you have to haul big luggage’s up 4 flight of stairs. The water pressure was ok, one of the bathrooms in the suite did not give any hot water, luckily the other shower did. Our king size bed was hard as a rock, But the other room had 2 queens that were better. Wifi is included but really bad in some areas. Also no iron in the room and when I asked the front desk they said they had just lended it out to another room and when they received it they would let me borrow it. We had the rooms reserved for 7 days and never got the iron. Also you should know they don’t allow drinking or eating of any sort , outside of your hotel room. Which means you can’t bring any thing to the pool or outdoor patio etc. It is a cute place but nothing more than that, very very basic, unfortunately would not stay here again. Also breakfast that was included was not good- a soggy waffle and “fruit”, they brought me a plate with 1/2 of a banana in slices lol. I honestly expected more!

I would not recommend this hotel. The night I arrived, the room was dirty, the included breakfast is a joke. The orange juice is like a kool aid or tang drink and you only get coffee if you wake up early or you’re stuck with none or a clear brown drink they called coffee. We ended up not even staying for the included breakfast.Also, don’t be fooled by the kitchen amenities mentioned in the description. Yes the room has a kitchen but does not have even a spoon or even a napkin. No utensil whatsoever, no pan, no fork, nothing! Staff were very friendly that’s about the only good thing I can say about the hotel. Overall, do not recommend.
