We were there just last week (Oct 7-14, 2024) and we had an amazing time and met so many great people from all over the world! The resort itself was great, just perfect for the relaxation time we needed. The staff were great but what made a big difference is the Entertainment team! They are engaging, energetic, warm, and very inclusive. Kendell was so great and really gave his all to make all of us feel welcome. Staff at this hotel were amazing. They would be the only reason I’d return. Kenddall of the entertainment staff was the star of the show. What an incredible human being. Pool bar staff were second to none, drinks were made to perfection, not like most all inclusive resorts where they just throw too much alcohol in a glass and expect you to like it because it’s strong. Food was a disappointment, even though I had read the reviews and expected it. As an Expedia VIP member I received the privilege check in, but when I enquired about a room upgrade, I was told it would be $350 per week extra. I understood it was supposed to be free upon availability.

To anybody that would write a negative review about this resort just blows my mind. My sister and I just spent five nights six days for my 44th birthday and it was the best vacay ever! They went above and beyond to make my birthday trip special. The staff is absolutely amazing every single person I encountered was wonderful. I love the adults, only aspect of it. No little kids running around. It was so peaceful we met so many wonderful people from all over the world and I just cannot wait to go back.
