Better Places Out There...

Our room had a water leak from the kitchen ceiling and not being able to make restaurant reservations is a turn off. The beach is not as nice as it looks on the pictures.

Exceeded expectations

This was our first trip to Mexico and our first time staying in an all-inclusive resort. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with phenomenal service; bags were checked, drinks offered, and escorted to our Ambassador. The staff were amazing and made the stay worth it! The two-bedroom suite was huge and much more than we needed for four people - but we are glad that our teenagers were able to have their own space. The only complaint I have were the wait times at restaurants, but that was resolved quickly by either going at 5:30pm or after 8:30pm.

Great week spent at this resort. Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants were good but very busy so long waits at time to eat. We were never able to eat a the Italian restaurant because what times were too long. Other than that, an amazing week at the resort. It is a family oriented all inclusive resort and we expected more efficient dining experience and choices. Not able to reserve in advance and the wait sometimes was between 1-2 hours. Inconvenient for anyone.. the staff was friendly.
