Mixed bag
A mixed bag. Beautiful outside but dated rooms with hard beds. We did all inclusive. Buffet was great, but Mexican restaurant was awful-- my meal was not edible and had to send it back, plus the $50 bottle of wine recommended by them was not drinkable. Japanese restaurant was excellent. Some of the amenities claimed online were not available, and dont bother upgrading to premium package. It really gets you nothing extra.

You get what you pay for
Hotel was ok if the suns out and you want a pool to bathe by. We picked this hotel for two nights, to break up the journey on the way back from tulum. As it was the New Year prices were peak so we decided we didn’t want to pay through the nose for a final bit of sun and would compromise to be on the beach. We didn’t completely regret the decision as we enjoyed our last two days, but the hotel is pretty shabby, some of the staff were lovely, others were mute and vacant - the food was the worst part, practically inedible. But we didn’t complain as you simply do just get what you pay for and have to expect somewhere of a low standard when you can clearly see it has a low rating on hotels.com and a price to match, for a beachfront location.

We liked the late night food options at night, they made great food. We loved the activities and entertainment crew. The hot tub was nice as well. The rooms were clean but during our visit the water was turned off a few hours. We also had an issue with our air. It could only be on very cold or off. Any other setting caused motor to knock and make very loud noise. Over all had a good time.

Nice property in a great location, near the 5th Ave, close to the police station (1 block away) so it´s very secure. It is a great option (cost/ benefits) with good food, nice drinks with an incredible ocean view. Is not a new building but it is in great conditions. The staff is really nice.

Small resort with top of the line service. Milton, Pedro, Zola, Big Victor, little Victor, Ilena, Dalia, just to name a few go out of their way to help. The staff remembers you and calls you by name. Walking distance to 5th streetshopping. WE have stayed at this resort for 10 years and look forward to going back.
