Like everyone else said, it’s like a 2 min walk from the ferry, as well as the beach, it’s near CI Banco about 10 mins or less by walk, 20 or less, to Playa Norte, all in all, everything is walkable and in the north touristy part of isla mujeres, it’s one of the affordable stays. A major plus, my entire stay, I did not once worry about the mosquitoes (I only did when they moved me to another hotel due to the storm, in which I was plagued with 4 mosquito bites). On that note, my stay wasn’t as long as I hoped for, I was moved to chac chi, a little more inland/south due to the hotel not being deemed safe for the storm. I like that they were able to accommodate me so quickly to another place. No microwave btw, yes to a fridge, I did not use the pool, double check with them to see if they take visa, because at first I was told yes, then I was told no ??? Anyways, the Wi-Fi is the best out of the 3 hotels I stayed on the island, imo. Rose is super nice, along with the other staff I encountered. I did not use the pool, my shower head was detachable, also if you’re new to Mexico like I was, apparently you’re not supposed to flush the toilet paper u use to wipe — it goes in a separate bin, just an FYI, that’s about it, it’s a get what u pay for kinda place, so don’t expect absolute perfection, but it’s pretty good. U can even see the hotel sign as u enter on the ferry!
