Never coming back after coming many times
I have stayed here about 4 times and the last one being august 25-27. The first time was December 2022 and everything was perfect ! But every stay after that in April,July and the last one august have gone downhill. In April they gave me a room without ocean view after I paid but they said they where booked for that first night but could go the second. Then In July room service took forever to bring food (about an hour) food tastes like buffet food with exception to Almar restaurant.but the last visit was the last straw first they did t answer the room service line after many tries had to go down to the buffet to get my breakfast because it was 11:20 am and then the hostess notified me that I could not take the plates because they where heavy and I could spill and they would take them to the room it took them 30 minutes ! The food was stone cold and the same thing happened for lunch. Then we went to the pool/ beach and it took them 2 hours to serve us after being inspira members they would just ignore my daughter and I and have to go the actual bar and order which they where serving other people in the pool/ beach area. Then it started to rain and had to put the umbrellas up my daughter was with me and as I was struggling my daughter jumped in the pool and was drowning all the staff was just laughing as I jumped and lifeguard did nothing. Other guests helped us out. Super unprofessional and staff did not even come to ask if she was ok never coming back there so much more !!

Sisters Trip
We stayed 7 nights at Oleo in an Inspira double beds room. This is first time I have ever booked an all-inclusive. The room was spacious for 3 of us BUT the bathroom was SMALL. Our room was oceanfront with balcony that we enjoyed. Every night we witnessed sea turtles coming on shore which was so fun! Food was good. Enjoyed all the restaurants. It would've been nice if the restaurants changed their menus because it's the same everyday. The only restaurant that changes their menu is the main one that serves breakfast/lunch/dinner. The other restaurants are Mediterranean and Japanese (not really). The pool restaurant is only open for lunch. They make really good fish tacos. They have a pool bar and a lobby bar. There is a coffee shop but they take a LONG time making your drinks. Hotel is located about 20 mins from the airport so its the beginning of the Hotel Zone. We took a bus to go into town to shop at the mall. The only con is that they do not give enough room towels. We had to call numerous times for more towels every day and sometimes we have to call more than once. Everyone is super nice. The beach does have a lot of seaweed but that's inevitable. The beach and water was warm and beautiful. I would stay here again if given the opportunity.
