Juan Carlos and Anita at the front desk were just incredibly warm yet professional. They were quick problem solvers. Please ask them to request Laura for an in room massage. Laura’s an experienced professional massage therapists for 10 years now and it shows. I’ll be back!

Extremely noisy and unhelpful staff My stay was disappointing. The room was extremely noisy, and when I asked to change rooms, I was told there were none available — which clearly wasn’t true. The microwave was unusable because it was missing the base, and there was no coffee machine or cups in the room when I checked in. I had to specifically ask for one. The staff seemed indifferent and unwilling to help. Even a simple request to check out an hour later was met with “impossible.” Overall, I would not recommend this place for more than 2–3 days.

As with any experience, we made it work. For example, we were told when we arrived that water pressure is sometimes an issue, and indeed, one night there was zero water for a few hours. Staff worked to their best ability to resolve this as fast as they could. All emenities were within a short walk - (best breakfasts/lunches at Chou Chou’s one block south - best burgers/Aperol Spritz at Mu’s approx 2 blocks south) - but far enough to not hear noise from bars/clubs. Roof top pool was great with good views. Good value for the price.

Terrible experience do not stay here I strongly advise against booking this hotel. On my first night, I found three cockroaches in my room. I went straight to the front desk to report it, and their response was unacceptable: “We don’t have any other rooms available.” So I was forced to sleep in a room with cockroaches. On top of that, I was staying on the fifth floor, and because there’s a rooftop pool, there were visible signs of water infiltration in my room clearly a serious maintenance issue. Thankfully, I contacted Expedia immediately, and their team took the situation seriously. They tried to call the hotel (which didn’t even answer) and then took action right away to move me to a different hotel, which was much better in every way. 👉 Hotel service: 0/10 👉 Expedia service: 10/10 Avoid this place. You deserve better.

The property itself was maintained well and had the potential ti be what we needed. The area was great because it was walkable distance to many businesses and restaurants. We ran into issues at this property because we were counting on having running hot water, but our room was missing a water heater. With my toddler this became a grave inconvenience because it became extremely difficult and uncomfortable to bathe. We informed the front desk and maintenance team but nothing was done to get a water heater for our room. We followed up countless times and nothing was done and the concierge basically told us to file a complaint via Expedia as nothing would be done on their end. The walls and doors seem to be paper thin as we could hear everything on our floor as if it were happening in our room which was bothersome at night when we were trying to sleep. Across the hall we had a domestic dispute occur and I had to call for help as our neighbors were slamming doors and yelling which made it impossible to sleep. They were quick to out that to an end which was helpful. Had it not been for the water heater issue I think I eould have given this property a better review, but their lack of attention to my issue made it an unpleasant experience.
