Our room was out to the garbage pickup, very noisy in the morning. But the location was great otherwise.

Shower was broken. Doble single bed instead of a really double bed. No change of towels.

    Wouldn’t stay again

The location was prime for price, but I would never stay here again. Venice is very walkable so I’d stay a bit farther out of the center for a better quality place. The mattresses are so old that all you feel are springs, the room is quite rundown and the carpets are very dirty. The WiFi is almost nonexistent and have to stand in the hallway for it to work at even 50 percent. The room was very hot at night even in mid September, I can’t even imagine what summer would be like! There seemed to be an A/C unit in the room but we weren’t able to use it. It’s also very loud at night, but that comes with the great location. All in all, can’t beat the location, but I don’t think it’s worth it as everything is so close by foot anyways.

Great location, near to Alto bridge and attractions Convenient stay, nice decoration Decent sized room, helpful staff A bit inconvenient when the hot water takes some time to reach us(we stay upstairs in another building)

    Average- 1 star + mosquitoes.

The hotel was undergoing construction when we were staying. It is very basic. The bed was terrible - all springs. The hotel keep your key when you go out. This isnt a huge deal just not what you expect. Mosquitoes all over the room. We left the fan on in our room to dry some wet clothes and we cane back to the fan off the window open with the curtains over it (so no breeze) and more mosquitoes in the room! We then told them not to go into the room. The place is very run down and more like a hostel with private rooms.

This is in the best location possible. Its very basic but if you are looking for a budget hotel so you can spend your money on the fantastic foods and trips around venice then this is ideal. The only negative where there was no fridge in the room and dont shower at peak times 5-7pm and the hot water is limited.

Our room overlooked canals so was fun to watch the comings and goings. Great location, easy short walk to Grand Canal. Helpful staff. Great continental breakfast for €5 each.

    Don’t stay here.

Just unbelievably horrible. When I complained about the bed tax gouging, you sent that to the owner/manager and he verbally assaulted me the next day. Carpet on the stairs looks like it was installed during the Doge’s era. Zero hot water until the last morning either in our bedroom or the shared bathroom. This place is a dump. I want a full refund.

Great location but room was so so

The hotel was very basic. Our queen bed was actually a 2 twin beds putting together so it was quite annoying to hit the edge when I rolled around while sleeping. Room was clean though. Location was perfect, only 3' walk to the Rialto bridge. No AC but you won't need it cuz the weather is cool in Venice. It was difficult to find the place and calling the hotel didn't help cuz they had no English-speaking staff. Google map didn't route the place correctly so don't follow the directions on Google map. Just locate the Santa Maria della Fava church and it will be on the right side of the church.

The address that was given to me was wrong. I had to pay a local guy $20 to help me find the hotel.
