We liked the quiet location away from the craziness of touristy Venice. There’s a boat gate so you can take a boat taxi to get there. Lots of excellent restaurants are walking distance, and the staff will make recommendations on restaurants and tours. The place was super clean and well designed!

Venice was the first stop on our 2 week vacation in Italy. We booked this apartment to have a little extra space as we adjusted to the time difference and also liked the idea that it was a quiter neighborhood. I can't say enough great things about the property. The room is well appointed and super clean. There is canal access on the property so it is super easy to access the property from the water. The concierge team made our arrival to Italy so great. They helped arrange a private boat tour, transportation to Burrano and provided great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend:) There were just 2 of us but would be great for families looking for a little extra space.
