This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory, and I travel all over the world have been to Venice many times. The hotel is owned by radisson, but it maintains very typical Venetian architecture and the rooms are very spacious. The location is a quick walk from the station and right outside the Guglie vaporetto. The rooms are spacious by any standard and the AC is powerful. The most exceptional part is the staff. I had an injury in Venice and spent most of my time at palazzo Nani. I speak Italian but I needed their assistance to call a nurse who had been recommended to me, as I don’t know medical vocabulary. They helped me with the phone calls and the nurse was able to come and treat me. Each day they checked on me. I needed to extend my trip 3 times due to my injury, and they extended my stay each time and allowed me to stay in my room without moving. The bar area is welcoming, the breakfast is great Continental with Al a carte choices and the staff offers very genuine care and hospitality. I will stay again!!
