"Beautiful, quiet, small boutique hotel with only 6-7 rooms. Meticulously renovated with spacious bathrooms and rooms. Location ideal for walking and water taxis. Host was incredibly accomodating and made reservations for us for whatever we wanted. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio. "

"Lovely hotel in a great location. A very short walk to the water bus stop to the airport and sights like St Marks and the Opera House. The rooms are traditionally Italian in style with Murano glass light fittings with stunning views of the church opposite. The staff were lovely and very helpful"

"The location was very close to San Marco, which meant the restaurants and shopping were touristy. It’s also close to the San Marco Vaparetto dock, so take the Vaparetto ferry from the train station and enjoy the views on the Grand Canal. There’s no need to take a €60 water taxi. The hotel is very nice, with breakfast included. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. "
