I booked this hotel based on the reviews, and am so glad I did. The location is the most convenient in Venice, only steps away from both the bus and train stations, which is a godsend, as anyone who's walked around Venice with luggage surely knows. The staff is excellent, they are always friendly and helpful. Elena went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and we had a balcony overlooking the Grand Canal. Happy customer, highly recommend this hotel, A+!
