Excellent front desk/concierge service & treatment
I had a great experience checking in with Cindy who upgraded me to a suite & allowed me access to the room when I got there at 9am + gave me the all-inclusive benefits to start right away instead of at noon (thanks to booking through this app!)
I then met with my concierge Janer who was excellent, texted me all the hotel info I needed & more. He had a welcome gift sent to my room not long after arriving. When it came to check out time he gave me access to continue using the all-inclusive benefits until I left at 5pm (after checking out at noon) and he also gave me a complimentary access to the Moskito beach club (a Bali bed & the all inclusive!)
Roberto at the Moskito beach club was amazing, after ordering a few drinks he just kept coming without asking for the rest of the day. He was super friendly and helpful. He also brought me lunch there which was pretty good too - pizza al pastor.
The service at the buffet was almost non existent though. It seemed as though they were only there to clear tables.
The service and meal I had at the oriental a la carte was excellent.
The room was clean and spacious with gorgeous views of course. I had a huge patio to sit and enjoy the views, and even some music from coco bongo.
This hotel is on the best beach in Cancun, so if you’re looking for an amazing beach and stay to go with it, definitely book here.
