We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were very sweet, you just message them on what’s app and they respond quick. They helped us with a lot of recommendations for restaurants, renting atvs, cenote’s and more. The food was excellent, the rooms were always stocked with clean towels and cleaned when asked. Everything was perfect from the staff, impeccable service, the rooms, beachfront, food, drinks, location, etc. Anything we needed the staff ensured we had or could get for us. The room came with amazing amenities and included extra things like a Bluetooth speaker, beach ag, etc. Breakfast was included and was phenomenal too! The location is also perfect a short drive everywhere - 6 min to all the upscale restaurants, 6 min to the other side of town and 15 min from downtown Tulum and nearby Cenotes.
