What a way to end the weekend. All we wanted was a nice night in Belfast, Coronavirus outbreak and we didn’t even have hand soap in our room to wash our hands. The bed was two mattresses pushed together with a sheet on top and the mattresses kept moving so it was very uncomfortable after being charged £50 deposit upon check in which I was not aware on a card. Sunday night in Belfast would have expected a nice quiet night away or so we hoped... no, that did not happen. About 2:45am a group of about 8 people started screaming, shouting and fighting in the hallway and rooms, then banging on the doors of the rooms next to us, kept us awake for over an hour over some drama that had happened between them. Hotel staff should have been able to hear it given how loud they were, yet nothing was done. Due to the fighting we didn’t want to leave our room and risk getting caught up in it so there was nothing we could do. We were not happy to say the least. Upon check out when we wanted to speak to the hotel staff at the door no one was there to be able to check out and speak to them so we had to post our room key in the ‘express checkout’ post box. I wish I had read the reviews before booking this. I want a refund for such a horrible experience. Guests being scared to leave their room to complain about something.... not a great experience at all!

Quiet clean and wifi worked instantly. The only think missing was a bedside table

Room was filthy as there was dried in lady blood spots on mattress, hairs on bed and in shower too. It was laye so i cleaned this myself but mentioned to concierge next day who said he would call me later but never called. Also there was a boiler just outside the room which kicked in every 30 minures so i never slept. Room was far too hot.

Pretty convenient place in the Belfast, near the international airport bus express and city central. Although close to a club but quiet at night. The reception was quite nice who arranged an available double room for us as I booked bunk bed by mistake. Wonderful experience and worthy apartment, recommended to my friends already~

Very friendly staff at reception! The room was a perfect size and I had everything I needed. I would say it was a little cold, but the season has changed! I had a Skype interview and left a note to not be disturbed in the morning and this was respected. This made my morning run a lot smoother, so thank you. It was little noisy in the evening because of the pub next door, but if you sleep easily like myself then you will be fine. But maybe bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I was slightly confused because I read on Hotels.com that I was to pay a £50 deposit when I arrive, but upon arrival the deposit was actually £100. I trust this money will be returned as nothing was damaged, but I would recommend this be updated on the hotels.com website. But overall I would book again!

The room was a prison cell with bunk beds. I wanted to have a place to sleep after attending my conference. I was offered bunk beds to which i declined and since there were no rooms available, they said they couldn't offer anything and refused to refund. I booked a another hotel and left.

Great location for central Belfast; just a short walk from Europa Bus Station. Very clean and comfortable room, shower etc along with refreshment making facilities and toiletries provided. Just remember it's a Pod so don't expect it to be spacious. Definitely would stop again if I was back in Belfast.

the staff are friends and the place is very handy

Our stay was great, however it was at dream apartments. We went to dream pods and they told us our room wouldn't be ready until 3 so we left our bags and went shopping. However when we arrived back, they told us we had been moved to dream apartments at obel tower. We had a great stay at dream apartments in the end but it was annoying being messed around without explanation.

We had an amazing time. Thank you. We will stay again.
