Overall was fine. Paid for a superior junior room and wasn’t given one at check in. They changed our room but didn’t look like the pictures on hotels .com the room was very small. Stain on the carpet wasn’t nice either

    Jury’s Belfast

Great location in city centre and staff all very nice, with clean rooms and foyer. Only disappointment was after check in, was informed that Bar, restaurant and breakfast was closed due to unforeseen circumstances? Thankfully due to location there were plenty of eateries and bars nearby so was not an inconvenience really, would just like to know information when booking and not after. In general lovely hotel and under Covid circumstances, I understand.

Very disappointing hotel. Expect more from 4 star.

Despite the weather being bad in Belfast there is a lot to do. The hotel was very disappointing. No breakfast buffet which is usual (to set you up for the day) and we were not warned about this. Hotel restaurant also closed. Hotel bar only open during the day.... Stains on carpets in the room. Dust under the beds, when we accidentally moved them. Bathroom door difficult to open, because getting stuck when closed. No free parking. The staff was very friendly

    Breakfast disappointing

Room was fine, staff were nice and the hotel was clean. Location was good. I was disappointed that breakfast was just a bag to ur door at 7am (porridge, fruit, yoghurt, crossaint) with an option to go get a breakfast bap at 10am. There’s porridge you make yourself in your room and the coffee you make yourself too in your room. Less relaxing to be making your own coffee. The only beverage given is orange juice. Doesn’t make sense to not have breakfast back to normal when people can sit in the bar now.

    Overnight stay at Jurys Belfast

1 Night stay in Belfast Jurys Hotel was very pleasant Staff were very helpful and pleasant Only fault I'd have is the Breakfast situation If I was staying again I would opt for no Breakfast as the bag left at room door was not very appetising

    Its ok.

It was just ok, the hotel is nice but we were given the wrong room initially which was only irritating because theres only one set of lifts and the room was quite far away. There was a cup and bottle not belonging to us under the bed. Overall though tgere was a very lax approach to wearing masks. Twice we encountered drunk guests in corridors with no masks. We had kids with us so not ideal. Food in restaurant was good although there were rowdy guests shouting across restaurant at each other. I wouldn't normally be so critical but this was not a cheap budget hotel and i expected more.

My booking stated bed and continental breakfast however on check in I learned that my breakfast was a paper bag of food left outside my bedroom door...It did consist of porridge, pastry, orange juice and fruit...however not the continental breakfast I was expecting.
