Amazing stay, incredibly accommodating!
The hotel was very nice, full of history about titanic and other liners of the era. The restaurants were very good and the bar was pretty on point. The staff was incredibly accommodating, I was on a music tour playing concerts and they arranged some practice time for me in one of the areas with the piano. I absolutely loved the titanic history and details in the rooms as well. Very nice and comfortable room with lots of space. It is also steps away from Titanic Belfast ( museum ) and you can walk the historic slipways where it was built.

Impressive hotel poor service
Lovely hotel, front rooms are noisy due to being on the main road. Service at breakfast and the food were lovely however the service in the bar area was awful. Lack of attention to customers waiting to be served at the bar, young staff standing around talking and messing about. The hotel is pricey so this level of service just isn’t acceptable. It happened to us on multiple occasions during our stay. The hotel is impressive and in a great location near the Titanic Museum. Approx 15 minute walk to the city centre.

Beautiful luxury. Keep an eye on service.
Beautiful hotel. Just next to the Titanic Museum. Refurbished building with a lot of attention ti retaining its history while adding modern luxury. Great reception service. Great drinks in bar but service from staff not very attentive who all seemed to be drinking coffees (not something I’m used to in such a hotel). Fast and friendly room service with good food. Not the cheapest hotel but worth the money. Will stay again.
