Happy House Stay
hotel was great location bit noisy at times with trucks coming and going and there was an extractor fan going off somewhere but nothing major fabulous decor and huge comfy bed staff were super friendly and helpful beyond the norm I would say and I travel a lot! if I were being picky decaf coffee pods and cups that fit the machine , shower wasn't very powerful and a hand held separate shower hose would be useful lovely shower products and renewed bottled water tv remote back was missing and volume didn't work well but we didn't use it much anyway prob should have reported it

Shabby chic boutique nice touches Just personal taste but dining reception area too dark for my preference though tables near window bright enough. Room good size and very comfortable bed, Wi-Fi not available in our room the concierge said there was a problem they’d look into it. Decent pod coffee maker in room plenty coffee n tea. There is a lift. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Situated opposite train station very handy and plenty diners coffee shops round about: location student/transient area, vagrants and shabby, nothing too seedy but not overly pleasant to walk around although nice park and really nice museum 5 mins walk away, didn’t feel unsafe just general inner city vibe. Might seem unkind to mention that but for people unfamiliar with Belfast it’s not Venice but neither are the prices.

Old and dated
The hotel rooms, especially the bathrooms are incredibly dates, the fixtures are half hanging off the wall, the doors are all chipped and the tiles are old. The bedroom carpet was filthy! A cleaner had also blocked the fire door to the elevators with a chair and cleaning items when we were leaving, so we had to move that to be able to open the door to exit. Very dangerous. The food was very tasty but the service wasn't great.

Just ok, restaurant /bar areas and location were very good but the rooms and resident area weren’t the nicest. If you were looking an early night rooms could do with a bit of sound proofing but ear plugs were provided so the hotel must be aware of this issue. Did the job for what we needed.
