A very convenient place to stay, walking distance to everywhere. Parking is a problem as the hotel has no parking and the parking station charged us £88 for 1-1/2 days parking.

Great retreat in the middle of busy city
We were so comfortable here. The room was bigger than expected, modern and well set up with a comfy big bed. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Not a luxury hotel
This hotel was recommended by a friend of a friend. The hotel seems to be a fun place to go for a meal or drinks, but as a place to stay it's a disappointment. This definitely isn't a luxury hotel. I had a standard double room which was very basic. There was no proper shelving or wardrobe space in the room, no shelf in the bathroom. There was no room service available. No housekeeping visited my room during my stay, even on the day the room was empty for 11 hours, they didn't so much as make the bed. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am which is too late. On checking in I was given no information about Belfast, I wasn't even given a map. When I asked about where to go for a breakfast before 8am the person on reception had no suggestions, not one! Overall I wasn't particularly impressed. The location was good though, and I had a dinner and a breakfast at the hotel and they were both good too. But I wouldn't bother staying here again.
