Good play to stay
This is a lovely hotel, very comfortable and a great base for your trip to Belfast. No gym or pool, but reception will provide a pass to a local gym just a few minutes away, which I availed of and which had a good range of equipment. Disappointed to still see small plastic bottles of product in rooms, when so many other hotels have introduced more sustainable options. Otherwise excellent.

Okay hotel but defo over rated.
Overall not a bad hotel but you are really just paying for the name... For a 5* hotel you would expect there to be a fridge in the room, I also tried to run a bath twice and the water was luke warm if even.. No coffee machine either which you would find in most 5* hotels, just a small kettle and coffee sachets with cartons of lovely warm milk :) There was also no remote for our TV in the room which I rang about and took them nearly 45 minutes to bring a remote. For the price you pay for this hotel I do feel there are far better hotels in Belfast. Staff have always been lovely but I definitely won't be returning, if you actually want a 5*, stay in the Fitzwilliam it is far superior.

Lovely Night Away
This was our first time staying at the Grand Central and we just loved it. The staff were so attentive at check-in and in The Observatory. Our rooms were really lovely, spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. We definitely plan to stay here again and definitely recommend to friends and family.

Had a fabulous stay. Friendly staff and lovely hotel. Only slight minus was the instant coffee. I am a bit picky with my coffee and for a 5 star I would probably have expected a proper coffee machine in the room.
