We had an amazing view overlooking the City Hall. Loved our stay. Only slight negative was lack of hot water for a shower.

Staff was lovely, the hotel itself looks great with several lounges and bars within the hotel itself. The observatory bar on the top floor was especially nice. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The cost of the hotel per night should mean that the customer gets 5 star service, sadly this was not the case for us. Hotel itself is fantastic but the service that the hotel offers is not 5 star.
