Disappointing, considering it's reputation. Room was spacious but poorly lit and the bed wasn't comfortable. Breakfast compared with other hotels was very underwhelming. There are plenty of other hotels in central Belfast that offer better value.

Our stay was amazing from start to finish. Absolutely loved our room 439 and the views of city hall. The room was lovely and warm too with a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. Great a fridge was in the room too. The staff is amazing too and so accommodating. We headed to the Loft too for drinks in the evening and Adam was great, recommended lovely cocktails and being so attentive to us. We will definitely be back!
