Great location. Very Clive to great bars and restaurants. Room was good. No parking with hotel but St Anne’s square car park is just behind the hotel and reasonable priced for overnight stay.
The hotel was very clean .There was no heating on in the room when we arrived but it did warm up when we turned it on and no problem after that .We went for a meal downstairs in the bar and it was very cold No heating on and when we spoke to the manager to say it was cold, his first reply was Well nobody else is complaining. Also tables were set for breakfast the following morning and we were unable to sit at them at 9pm that night where it may have been warmer to sit.
Receptionist was pleasant. The room was practical and comfortable. The food was excellent and the bar staff were very friendly
Overall the hotel was excellent. Ate a lot of fish & chips at the restaurant...it was that good. Great location for us to attend church services.Staff was very helpful. My concern is the locked access to hotel room. We could not get the key card system to work. Hotel replaced batteries thinking it would help. It did once and then back to not having room access.
Very central location clean and friendly hotel staff very helpful
Proximity to SSE arena and the city centre Good taxi service and at a reasonable cost .
Great staff! On site restaurant, SQ was very good and breakfast was wonderful. Our room configuration was a little odd and showing its age some. The safe was locked and the staff mentioned that it was an old one that hadn't been replaced yet but was due to be. They offered to lock things for us in the office.
Great place , stayed many times 💜
The location was an ideal base for our trip. We were greeted by a very friendly member of staff upon check in. All staff were helpful during our stay. Rooms were very nice and clean. Very good value for money.
Pleasant room with all one requires for a short to medium stay. Good breakfast although if you pick the same time to dine as a coach party there can be a bit of a scramble with certain items running out. Quickly restocked by the staff but you may have moved on by then. Great location for the centre.
