The hotel is dated, very crowded and not clean (beach area, pool area, etc.). I would not stay there again. They didn't even put enough towels and paper towel in my room, which to me is a basic and really important service.

I didn’t like the smell the entire resort had a moldy smell it was very hard to breathe . I also had two roaches in my room and one in the catus which is a dining area / restaurant very disgusting. No water bottles at the bar or dining areas . And my goodness the food was trash from breakfast to dinner . I’m very disappointed I don’t recommend this resort I also was stuck in the dated shower for ten minutes the sliding door was jammed . I was very uncomfortable and not happy at this stay /resort .

The pictures are very misleading the hotel is very outdated and need serious renovations. The pictures must have been taken when the hotel first opened, the restaurant and bars are very limited. It’s a family resort with a lot kids around. They have roaches and they will do anything but refund you your money. I made the best of it but 0/10 would not go back.

Had to end my stay early due to roaches and bugs in the rooms & beds ruined my family vacation. This entire property is fake on ratings has construction and dust. Horrible waiter service and food at restaurants at buffet kids take serving spoons and lick on them and put back in dish for customers to serve them self. Not worth the money I would not really this hotel for anyone.
