very noisy throughout the night
The staff was very helpful. The first room for six people was too hot and it would take 20 min to cool, so they gave us two rooms which would be cooler fast without any extra charge. The reception area and outside does not look so good, but the rooms and inside the hotel was nice and clean. It looks newly renovated and had that new building smell, but went away after the room started to cool off. The bad part was the noise. We slept there only for few hours from 10:00pm to 3:00 am because we had to catch a flight. My kids had slept well in their room, but I could here so much noise from our room. It was constant. Noise of new people checking in, kids being so loude, door bangings and the staff was loud too. May be the walls were thin or something. I cannot beleive how some people could be so loud specially during those hours (10:30pm to 3:00 am).

Ok but won't go back
Friendly staff, but the bed was very unconfoetable, AC made a lot of loud noise at night that we had to turn it off. Toilet did not have the seat and the bathroom is very small even for an avergae body person. The are seems unsafe but they have cameras inside and outside 24/7

Disappointing
The hotel was cheap, clean and spacious but the toilet had no toilet seat and the cold water didn't work. This meant the toilet didn't flush and the shower was too hot to even go under.

Great budget hotel with free parking and WiFi
Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. There was free parking and WiFi, this is a good budget, no frills hotel. The only problem I had with the hotel was the water temperature, the first two days, the water was either burning hot or cold, we had problems getting a comfortable water temperature for our shower. The last two days, there was no hot water at all, only lukewarm water.

Far from a three star⭐️⭐️⭐️
The location was not in a safe area, parking is in a area away from the facility with weeds knee high!!! I haven't even made it inside yet where my room that has a front door that doesn't shut or lock properly, the beds are as if your sleeping on a concrete block...I had a better bed that one night I spent the night in a holding tank at the local jail at least the jail didn't have lizards crawling on the wall like our room did that night...that good ole saying "you get what you pay for"still holds truth.

The first words we heard about our hotel were from the taxi driver as he was about to drive away: "this is dangerous area". That made us feel great. We were given a room overlooking the street, but I did not want everyone to see when the Americans were in or out of their room. The lady who owned the hotel (maybe?) was very nice, and moved us to a room on the inside of the hotel when I asked her to.
The hotel room doors were like average house-hold doors - they did not have many means to lock them. A firm kick would have knocked any of the doors in.
We definitely got what we paid for - they gave us remotes to the TV, towels, and bars of soap. We had free wi-fi that worked pretty well. The A/C was a window unit. There was no mini-fridge. The bathroom was tiny. The walls were like paper, so you could hear every little noise outside the room.
I've stayed in some sketchy hotels (I grew up in a third-world country), but this one definitely did not make me feel safe.

Nice hotel for price, bad location
The hotel is great value, clean room and comfortable beds. Wifi was basically non-existent however, had to walk out onto the balcony area to get any signal. The neighbourhood is pretty bad, and you have to walk/taxi a long way to get to the nicer areas of Cancun.

Clean. Friendly staff. Close to hotel zone buses and taxis. You get what you pay for. Great to sleep, take a shower and have your luggage safe and stored. I would recommend it if ur looking for a budget place.
