The room was big and clean, however the bathroom had no ventilation at all… you know what I mean. It’s terrible!! Two sinks in the bathroom were clogged during entire stay. We asked for the plumber - he never came. The food was tasty but every day the same, very-very limited selection. There is only one restaurant to which you can’t make a reservation bc online form is not working and it’s the only way to make the reservation. So only one place to eat is restaurant/buffet where half a menu not included and you have to pay. Oh, there was also sushi bar, but we are not big sushi fans, so didn’t work for us. Staff was nice, no complaints there. Overall - not worth the price at all.

We had a great time staying at the NYX hotel! The views of the ocean were breathtakingly beautiful. Our room was spacious and always clean. There were a lot of food choices. Special shoutout and thanks to Fernando from the Deck restaurant that made our stay extra special! He provided excellent service in a quick manner that had us impressed-definitely deserves a raise! Overall we had a wonderful time there and would recommend and come back again!

This was our second time here. I was with a small group of friends again. Everything was great except the service in the restaurant on the beach deck seemed slower than usual. We’re a pretty laid back and easy going group but there were several times where we’d been waiting a lot longer than usual and eventually got up and left. Overall though, we would stay again and the rest of the experience was amazing.

The small feel of the hotel is nice, I do not like that you are limited to the restaurants with all inclusive, our last evening we planned to use our 2nd Italian night and it was closed! The entertainment staff, rodrigo, Víctor and Jonathan are great and nice as can be! Evely Samanta is by far the best wait staff and if you get her you will have the best, she is on top of everything and should be management! Eduardo was our favorite waiter also, and if you’re on the beach look for Paul!

We had an amazing stay at the NYX, everyone made our time there so relaxing. It's very rare I come home from a vacation so relaxed, but our time at the NYX made it possible. Our room was great, the AC worked really well, so often tropical destinations get away with no AC because of the "ocean breezes" but it was great, comfortable bed and drinks in the mini fridge. We spent most of our time either at the pool or on the beach, and it's a very short walk to get there from our room. I loved everything about our stay, from the food to the service to the views. You can't go wrong staying at the NYX!
