Everyone was amazing!
This is our go to resort when we want to get away. Great 5 star quality hotel. Staff is outstanding and friendly. Pool and beach are awesome. Pool service is outstanding. Special shout out to Raul at the bar for his great service!! Food and restaurants are good. One word of advice if you are traveling from the US. The hotel schedules a COVID-19 antigen test for your return home. There were 4 in my party. 3 of them tested negative and I tested positive. They immediately tracked me down and moved me into a quarantine room. I thought it was strange that I was the only one in my party that tested positive, especially since I was with my wife the entire time. I asked them for a new test the next day and they obliged. I tested negative. So obviously the first test returned a false positive. The hotel was going to quarantine me for 5 days and then retest me. I was going to send my wife home and stay behind in quarantine by myself had I not asked to be retested. If you test positive, I would strongly urge that you request a new test. The hotel staff handled it wonderfully. I just lost the last day of my vacation in quarantine unnecessarily.
We had a wonderful 10 day stay and loved it so much we booked another trip back in April with our pre teen boys. Service was excellent and the Italian restaurant was our favorite!
Absolutely beautiful beach and pool. I loved theres 3 pool bars and plenty of space . The service was definitely excellent- very friendly and very prompt with everyone. I also really appreciate my expensive glasses that I lost/forgot on the beach at night were kept on a lost/found computer log and returned by security when I asked. (Trustworthy staff)From the maid to waitstaff to everyone was great! Also, very clean/well organized resort. The food was pretty good overall but my only complaints is there is not enough vegetarian/pescatarian options especially the room service menu which was the worst- mostly pizza, pasta, sandwiches (all meat no seafood or veggie options), same with the breakfast buffet I got tired of veggie omelets and pastries/Waffels, there is a lot of breakfast meat including tamales but including veggie tamales would be a great addition .. who needs so much meat in the morning and all day? The other restaurant menus had more options but still needed a little more accommodations as well. I did eat enough, and it was overall amazing stay , I’m going back a second time, however, I can not see myself going back 3rd time without a little more vegetarian /fish options overall, and a better room service menu as there will be not enough to options to sustain me .. if they upgrade this they may have me for life !
Everything is fantastic, cleaning, food, service and more..... My second time there, this is the best resort in Cancun
Overall my stay was pretty good, my only complaint was the cleaning people did not refil the room with water also the shampoo and soap, we had to request at the front desk.
The resort was great! Food was delicious at every restaurant we ate at, no complaints there. They do have you make a reservation for them so best to do it at check in so that way you don’t need to think about it. In terms of covid the resort is doing an amazing job. Frequent temp checks and hand sanitizer is given to everyone coming and going.

Our stay could not have been better. We felt completely safe throughout our entire stay, the staff is amazing and took excellent care of us, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is delicious. I stay at this hotel every time I visit Cancun and it never disappoints.
