Reservé en hotels.com y me sorprendió cuando llegué a la recepción y me dijeron que tenía que liquidar el total de la reservación, ya que había reservado con $5000. Al hablar a Hotels.com me aclararon que no se había jalado ese dinero de mi cuenta que sólo era para reservar. En otras ocasiones si se ha tomado para la reserva, esta vez no fue así y todo se aclaró en la recepción.
