Excellent getaway for a family
We had an enjoyable trip it was relaxing indoors and out, food & drinks lavish. Took short bus trip away from the grand to the two other palace locations, better water features a must see. Attend a few of the shows at the theater, sip a few late-night at the lobby bar w/DJs, unwinding for the day. Overall great place to be....utilize the app to plan and set pop-up reminders to your calendar to enhance the experience. Beware of promotions and pre pay transportation, you are locked in. If you have to leave hurriedly for airport because of cancelation there is no alternative transp but pay your own taxi.

Best multi generation vacation ever
3 generations traveling together ages 13-80 and every single one has a blast! Excellent food for the world traveling grands. Nightclubs, bars, live entertainment along with a water park, swimming pools, minigolf and an arcade. Easy to book incredible excursions we went to Chichén Itzá.

Nothing that we were promised, was available when we got there. There were no cribs available for a one year old and our three rooms were in different buildings. We were promised both. For some reason our room was not cleaned one day, and when I complained, they said somebody to make the beds but did not clean the room leave new towels. The food was very mediocre. I felt that there were too many people and we were unable to make reservations for certain restaurants and for the bowling. My daughter took my grandson to decorate cookies and they charged them $250. That is outrageous, the waterpark was the best part of the trip.
