It says adults only but it’s a joke. There is no entertainment there we have to go to the family side to get entertainment, and there was lacking entertainment there as well. I don’t recommend this place for anyone who’s an adult and wants good entertainment. There was a lot of shouting late at night while we were sleeping, drunk teenage boys and girls. There really was no security. People were smoking weed above us. Nobody said anything to them. They kept on smoking weed for the next three days until they left. I’ve been to other adults resorts, and this was the worst one of all. The food was OK and some of the restaurants on the adult side we only had two of them and they only had one open. We had to go to the family side for the other restaurants and buffets. Don’t waste your money on this resort I work for a hotel as a housekeeping manager, and this was the worst resort, stay away from this place.

The property was beautiful, the architecture of the hotel was well designed, the room was well decorated and we had no problem with cleanliness. The part in which my partner and I were disappointed was in the service, in the buffet breakfasts many times we were without drinks, the bars close at 5 p.m. and only one remains open, the cocktails are not the best, there is no availability in many of the restaurants and the wait for most days was more than 2 hours. In the bathroom the water came out dark and had a muddy smell, we mentioned it to the service but they never did anything. The one thing we liked was Erick from the adult pool bar who treated us very well. I would not repeat this hotel.

The resort was fine. We got tired of the staff asking was everything ok. The liquor was watered down. Pools were nasty had some kind of film cover in it. And it wasn’t from bubbles. We got food poison from the chef experience. The coupons we received upon checking in was useless. Why give a coupon but you charge regular price when u try to use them. Lights were out in buffet. When we arrived all the bars were out of service. Only one remained open. We will never stay here again.

Horrible. This is worse than Vegas party scene, and not in the good kind of party scene way. Food is sparse, although it’s an all-inclusive. Have to eat at a sit down restaurant for every meal…even if you’re in a swimsuit. Lunch closes at 3pm, so if you miss it…have to go up to room and order room service. You can order food from a waitress at the pool, but you’ll never get your order. We ordered food from our pool waitress, and it never came. For 2 hours, I found every person I could to try to get our food and was finally told o had to go to a sit down restaurant. Put clothes on and walked to every restaurant…even to the family side…all restaurants had closed at 3pm. First night in my room, it was clear the sheets hadn’t been washed from the previous guests…stain on sheets included. They washed the sheets night two, but the sheets were wet when I got in the bed. Can’t emphasize enough…don’t stay here! Even if they drop the price in half…it’s not worth your vacation. Unless you want to lose weight…lol. I think our entire party lost weight on this trip because we couldn’t get food. If you’re one of the brave to go here…pack some granola bars or something to eat.
