solid stay for beach lovers
I loved my one night stay at Cyan- I booked here last minute after a stressful flight cancellation and got a great deal on an oceanfront room. Isai specifically was *super* helpful with me and so kind, helping me arrange short-notice transport from the airport under chaotic conditions via Whatsapp so I didn't have to navigate the taxi system as an unexpectedly solo traveler, and everyone was very kind with practicing my terrible spanish with me. If you're expecting a 5-star luxury room this is not the place for you; it's on the cheaper side because it's a bit of a fixer upper but to me it's worth the price for the private beach access and excellent service, beds are comfy and room is functional. Note that the pool closes at 9 and the beach also closes at 11 because there are conserved sea turtle nesting sites right behind the hotel!

I don’t know where to start. This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff is friendly and can point you in the right direction for what ever you are wanting to do. If there is a problem they work fast and hard to get the problem fixed so it’s no longer an issue. The views are amazing from the balconies overlooking the beach. The pool is cleaner than some of the pools I’ve seen in America at 5 star resorts. This hotel is very clean. I can not stress how much I love a clean hotel. I love the fact this hotel is nestled in a more quiet area of the hotel zone and only a short 8 minute drive to what I would call a hotspot for night life. The clubs are amazing but when your trying to sleep for your early AM flight peace and quiet is what your going to want and this hotel has it. In my opinion it is fair priced, probably should be worth a little more if I were to be honest. I love it here and I can’t wait to come back
