The beach resort pass worked so much better than imagined. The hotel is very nice and clean a little older but modern furniture. Overall loved it easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff was always so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!

Scam
When we did checking, they give us one room and when we went to that room, There were some people over there. That’s the first thing the second it says on the page that they have access to a club beach but the thing is they do not give you access because you have to stay minimum two nights to have the rides to go to the access to the beach so that’s a scam

Super overdated, cheap old furniture, rusted bathroom mirror, super inconvenient shower, no shower hat, staff doesn't speak English, weared people occupy who also run corridors very loud, screaming, laughing after midnight, loudly moving furniture in next door room, entrance to room door gets lock easily so that i couldn't exit room, too hot no a/c in corridors. Bed was ok.

They don’t let you check in early….the breakfast buffet was meh so we went out or ordered off the regular menu…..beautiful view from the 11th floor…..the room floors need to be mopped…..needs were firm….take your own was cloths or buy some as we did from the Walmart not too far from the hotel they gave us one and said they didn’t have anymore……close to the shopping malls and areas to eat Ubers are cheap getting around Cancun

Very Nice Hotel with a Few Minor Limitations
Krystal Urban is a very nice, well-located hotel. It is very clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable. Pool is super large. The only things seriously lacking are a mini-fridge and different style coffee machine instead of just expresso. Also, there is no ice machine. You have to ask for ice. Staff is very friendly.

Poor hotel service and bad manners
I have stayed in this hotel in previous years and I have had no issues but it seems like the entire management has changed. I was very disappointed firstly when I requested for a late check out the lady at the desk was very rude, she had zero experience with customer service. Very abrupt and was speaking on top of me. I asked to speak to her duty manager to who she spoke to in Spanish without realising I understand Spanish who supported her and when I was complaining to him about her attitude he was telling me I can’t help you with a late check out. He failed to even ask what the issues was and just started defending his colleague and not possible for a late check out. I told him I no longer required a late check out after her poor behaviour and bad manners. To embarrass her before I left I told her just for our information I do understand Spanish to next time be careful around foreign people which she did feel ashamed off. The manager on duty really needs training on how to run a reception desk as he was equally as bad as her with dealing with customers checking in to hotel. The hotel has really gone down hill and they do not care about guest. Also when giving city tax make sure they give you correct change as they try and steal your money I had to ask for my change. The breakfast was poor, after requesting for milk and tea I had to wait until my eggs were cold. I have stayed in this hotel over the past 5 years under different management but I wouldn’t return. Regards
