Butler Jessica was amazing. She made our stay! She arranged our reservations for dinner, the spa and our cabanas at the beach or adult pool. She provided us ice when required. Tailored our mini bar for the drinks we wanted. Decorated our room with rose petals which was soo beautiful. She kept us informed of all the events and activities going on daily. And was supportive and kept us in the loop on what was happening at the hotel during the tropical storm, even though she was at home!

Erica (our back up Butler)...so helpful:) Shout out to Enrique (our houseman) always a smile and so friendly! Finally, Julian in the Mexican restaurant, so friendly and helpful!!!! We had a Villa, it was beautiful, ocean front with a plunge pool...we will definitely return to this hotel!!! (also, the food was excellent in every restaurant we went to, the buffet was great as well!)

Great staff. Our butler Erika was also great and always keeping in touch with us throughout our stay making sure we were taken cared of. Place was a waste this time super tired off a night flight 3 rd time coming guest services where subpar didn’t allow us early check in or even upgrade and there was room they had everything for food pretty much reservation only and if u don’t like that menu your un lucky we got saved by room Service but that was it if not it would be horrible the taco stand in restaurant is the only thing worth anything men have to wear pants while girls are free to wear whatever

First when we arrived we noticed that all the soap and shampoos are made with honey. We asked our on site staff if there was any way to get different shampoo and soap because my wife is highly allergic. We were told yes and that they would come to our room later to bring it to us. We waited countless hours and I ended up calling the front desk multiple times until they finally put me through to the supervisor who then told me that there is no other kind of shampoo and soap. Now the next day the staff "butler" who was assigned to assist us for the week said she will look all over and even stores nearby. Again hours pass and nothing gets solved and so we decide to go to the gift shop in the hotel where there is soap and shampoo conditioner that is clearly very overpriced and we had to purchase. We let it go and decided to just move on with the trip. The next morning we woke up to cockroaches in our hotel room. We promptly got our bags and went to the hotel lobby to talk to a manager who was avoiding us for almost 2 hours.When confronting the manager all he said about the cockroaches was that "well the weather" and that he makes sure everything is clean and that if there's bugs inside then it's "most likely brought by the guests" assuming that WE infested their room with cockroaches. We were "upgraded" to a main hotel room that was half the size of the villa rooms that we paid for and told that there's nothing else they can do. And that we couldn't receive a refund or anything
