Great hotel! Lovely rooftop with a great view, nice rooms all newly renovated, quiet location at night but also so convenient. Front desk staff Francesca and Antonio helped me multiple times per day with great food recommendations, organised my scooter hire and gave local advice in general. 6 stars for the staff! This property was renovated last February and was very clean uncomfortable. The rooms were small but had everything we needed! Francesca at the front desk was amazing. She made me feel important tended to my needs and was efficient kind and really made me feel that I was a cherished guest at this gem of a hotel. The hotel is in walking distance of absolutely everything and the choices of dining and activities are limitless. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, my experience was stellar!

I stayed here a wonderful 5 days. It is a small new hotel with modern style and conveniences. I especially enjoyed my morning tea by the rooftop pool. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The hotel is still being worked on and I am sure it will be even more enjoyable when they finish.

The Coralia Hotel is a boutique-size hotel on a pedestrians-only street right next to the main in square in downtown Cozumel. We found it very modern in design and look, perfectly clean, safe with a 24-hour staff presence at the door, and a great little rooftop pool looking out at the Gulf. Francesca and Antonio were wonderfully helpful with directions and restaurant suggestions. We felt very welcome and cared for. Price, location, and staff make this a great choice for a stay in Cozumel!

Excellent hotel near the main plaza

Well what can I say,an excellent hotel 5 minutes from the main ferry terminal. The reception (Francesca) was super friendly and quick. We were shown to our room which was lovely and bright. The amenities in our room (103) were great, which included a decent hairdryer, towels for the bathroom and rooftop pool, netflix is available on the large TV. The roof terrace gives fantastic views across the town and sea. Breakfast isn't provided however the lobby has free coffee and pastries throughout the day. Would thoughly recommed this beautiful gem of a hotel and we will return
