"Very comfortable hotel, amazing food in the buffet, however some elements of it became slightly repetitive, but the quality was always good.
The only one thing I would like would be a better coffee machine in the rooms, the instant coffee was terrible.
But overall incredibly comfortable, nicely kitted out and maintained, great pools and the service in the restaurants and at reception was absolutely fantastic. Cannot fault the staff at all."

"Lovely hotel, clean, spacious, nice and quiet too with plenty of sunbeds and space around the pool. Easy walking distance from all local amenities e.g. beach, Yumbo, restaurants and a good supermarket. All staff seemed friendly and polite.
Only issue was there was an alarm in a room near the sauna that started going off one evening, reported to their phone line but it carried on through the night until the morning, had to use ear plugs to drown it out, don’t think anybody came out to sort it...

"Another fantastic stay at Neptuno. It’s my hotel of choice when staying at Playa. The pool area is fantastic with a bar, sauna and steam room. The staff are friendly and will go out of their way to help you. I always was greeted with a smile, the food is delicious. I like the grill and the grill by the pool in the bar area. The room has all the facilities you will need. My only concerns were the water in the pool being murky and people dragging a chair across the floor at all times in the room...
