Very good hotel with comfortable rooms, decent pools and great food choices on the AI package. There's room for improvement with the animation and entertainment options a bit weak both day and night, as well as clearing tables quicker particularly in the outside area where the pigeons are annoying. Location on the hill may not suit some, but it's only a short taxi ride to/from the town below. We would definitely return as it's a very well run hotel!

Great location and views. Great pools and activities for the kids. Rooms were nicely renovated and well equipped. Good to have so many drinks stations around the pool. Hotel was very busy during the week we went which meant finding a free table for dinner was stressful. But the food was good, with a good range for us and the kids.

Great for families who love noise.

Big family hotel. Very nice and clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of families and kids. Very loud and noisy. All inclusive buffet with very few options for gluten free, healthy options. Very practical for a family vacation with kids. If you don't have kids, I would go somewhere else.

Different pool areas available (also adults only) with very nice view of the sea. Food was good for a buffet of that size, the entertainment in the evening was very good. Room was spacious and had Netflix. The beach is a little bit difficult to get to but was made clear beforehand. Quite a lot of families with children but can be avoided in the adults only pool area.

From the moment I entered, I wish I had booked my whole holiday here. I wasn’t happy with my current accommodation so I booked my day here. I paid all inclusive for 5 hours before my flight. I enjoyed the room, pool bar and food. It was 100 worth it and would have been a similar price to a day at a beach club. I’m going to book this hotel for me and my family in a few weeks

Hotel was very clean in all over. Renevation had just been made. Very nice pools for younger and older. Water was very warm. Very many sunbeds was available. Also water slides was nice for our children. Hotel is very big and many different buildings. After we found our hotelroom it had gone time. Maybe better signs would be appreciated. If we'll travel to Gran Canaria would this hotel be definetely our choice.

Absolutely lovely hotel, we were welcomed at reception by a joyous member of the hotel. She gave us all the details we needed and good information on how to get to our room. The room was a Junior Suite over looking the sea, it’s was tidy and comfortable and cleaned everyday for the 7 nights of our stay. The restaurant was well organised with plenty of seating for everyone. The food is good with a good variety, this is cooked fresh in front of you. Staff are very attentive and always polite. Plenty of swimming pools catering for everyone from kids to adult only. All the pools are clean and tidy. We will definitely be returning in the future.. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so pleasurable 😁🙌

Very beautiful view over the ocean, perfect if you have all inclusive and are looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Important to notice is that all other restaurants and bars are quite a walk, either up och down. We actually upgraded to all inclusive the second day, very worth it. Great food and big buffet with something for everyone! The hotel area is big with several pools and have a lot of different things for the kids, there are almost spaces for adults-only. Our room, superior double, was very nice and clean, especially enjoyed the beds that were so comfortable. The staff was super nice and everyone met you with respect and a will to give you the best vacation. Another great thing is the supermarket close to the hotel entrance, they have everything you might need. Two ATM:s at the hotel. Be aware that it’s 700 stairs down to the harbor, in case you have trouble walking. But it’s cheap to take a taxi instead. I truly recommend this hotel to people with kids, or people that like kids.

We were regular guests at the hotel pre pandemic, but the major remodel in 2021 has made this property into a luxury resort. Front of house staff are friendly; attentive and adhere to support all requests made. Our room was kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis and the dinning hall was filled with a polite and courteous team of which nothing was too much trouble. The improved animation team provided fun and entertaining evening shows; quizzes and daily activities in and around the pool. There is a taxi rank immediately outside the hotel should you require transport and I believe a small shop will be available onsite once the remodel is complete. A stunning hotel; beautiful views at a reasonable price.

no frills hotel, but the service and staff were amazing. all inclusive deal was great, loved the views from the hotel. 2 heated pools+jacuzzi. would gladly stay again.
