"A friendly welcome and some lovely surprises for my husband’s 50th, The team were all lovely and couldn’t have done anymore to make our stay better. The room was fabulous as was the breakfast. Service fantastic and with a smile. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend. Loved the period quintessentially English hotel. The location was great, just a short walk from natural history museum in Kensington and 10 minute walk from South Kensington tube station. "

of 3 stay at this hotel. The area is beautiful! Close to a train station. The customer service of every member I spoke too was flawless! They are happy to help and take care of your needs! I must praise Vhladimir, Jake and everybody at the front desk/reception , restaurant . Everybody 5 stars. The rooms are normal size, nice space bathroom with shower and bathtub, comfortable bed . We were very comfortable in our 2 double beds room. Thank you all...

"We always enjoy staying at the Clayton, very clean very comfortable, the best shower! Mortgage is a great location for exploring the city very well connected we often use it if we’re going to an event at Wembley as it’s a quick journey on the Met line. Staff are great."
