The staff made this hotel an exceptional stay for us. Right, Zed, Kree, Magic and the front door gentleman. We enjoyed such a warm welcome and daily greetings. Our room was lovely with enough space for us to spend five comfortable nights. The location couldn’t be better as it’s situated just across from Gloucester Rd tube station with easy access to all areas including Heathrow. And a beautiful lobby to boot! Thank you, Bailey’s!

The room was smaller than in online pictures, but otherwise this hotel was perfect! The bed was very comfortable and the rain head shower in my room was fantastic! Directly outside the Gloucester Road tube station made it easy to get to with baggage. Location on cute street with lots of cafes and pubs, easy walk to Hyde Park and Harrod's and Kensington High Street. Very safe neighborhood area. I will definitely stay here again!
