    Don’t even think of staying in this hotel

    The worst hotel I stayed into. AC didn’t work. It was always on 27.5 degrees no matter what you set that to. I complained at the desk and they promised to send someone right away but nobody showed for an hour. I called the reception desk and someone took the notes again and promised me to send the duty officer. They came after 15 mins and opened the windows and asked us to keep the windows open and told us to give them a call once the room was cool enough and it will somehow fix the AC and they will come back to close the window. I had to call them 4 times before someone picked up the phone. It took almost 10 minutes of calling and 15 minutes before someone showed up. He closed the window and told us it will be ok but the temperature was again on 27 degrees!

    Ok if you get a good rate

    For a three star hotel, this is a good hotel. Don’t expect a 4.5 star quality. But if you get a good price on the hotel, it is fine. Very close to DLR rail, close to tube station ( hard to find the footbridge so ask at the desk). Clean, bathroom is fine. Furniture is old. Biggest suggestion; provide better quality soap, and add a handrail for the shower for safety. Can be hot, switch the fan on high and that usually reduces temperature quickly. Quiet, clean, dark (good curtain), spacious enough. Mattress is not very comfortable but is adequate .
