Certainly NOT 4 star. Let’s start with positives. Spotlessly clean. A nice change. Friendly late check in. That’s it. This hotel is misrepresented. There is no skyline restaurant, there was…. A year ago. The room and particularly the bathroom was hideously small. The bathroom so small you hit your head on the wall trying to wash your face. Washin g your hands resulted in spills over the toilet. Every 5 mins the DLR overtakes all sensibility. Impossible to sleep outside of hours of 12-5am. This is after requesting a quiet room ! Stuffy room meant opening the window which only opened to full. The mattress had a bum area as the foam had compressed. There was only one tea and two coffee in the tray. Oh I forgot the duvet cover was split.
Nowhere to put towels except on stools.
To wires hanging off and half on wall.
