Arrived early put our bag into luggage hold. Went back to hotel for check in. Room on 8th floor so quiet, room comfy, clean & bright. Bathroom with shower very clean and up to date. Left bag in luggage hold before we went home. Staff all very helpful.

The hotel is welcoming from entry. Clean and smells beautifully. Beautiful and accommodating staff. The Lobby is amazing, complimented with a lovely wine bar. It's ideally situated in the midst of all you need to experience London.
