"Just visiting ottawa for a couple days, this was a great location if you have a car, free secure parking close to downtown so we could avoid the expensive hotels downtown. Very spacious rooms, a few funky plumbing issues but overall very good. The breakfast is nothing to write home about, we found much better options locally but in a pinch its there if needed.

and gym are very nice. If I were to recommend anything I would ask the hotel to offer its clients a complimentary coffee or hot chocolate stands on each floor or at the lobby. I’ve stayed in many hotels in your area (Ontario) for cheaper who offer this and it’s always appreciated. Also, although our parking was included it’s unfortunate that parking is paid. "

"Hotel was clean, modern and comfortable. Service was excellent. Front desk employee ,Paul, was amazing, friendly and beyond helpful. There are lots of restaurants & shopping closeby. The Lionel Brasserie in the hotel was overpriced for the quality of meals...eat elsewhere.
