Clean comfortable accommodation. Communal kitchen to do meals if you wished. Bring your own food. No front desk, all communication was by phone or text. No daily room cleaning ( I was there for 4nights). Street parking, but plenty of spaces. Basic accommodation, but at the price good value for money. thanks

Pleasant place and very quite. Free Parking and WiFi. Clean and tidy. A few things to add and they will be amongst the best in Liverpool.

Lovely new clean place. Lots of extra goodies to help yourself to in the kitchen and easy to check in. My only issues were I find a double bed to small for my husband and I, bedroom 1 was noisy next to kitchen till about midnight which wouldn't normally have been a problem but we had an early flight to catch. Also I only booked it because it said they provided airport transfers which they don't. The owner's explained that they have tried to get it removed off their advert but hotels.com haven't done it so our taxi ended up costing over £15. We would definitely stay again if we were in Liverpool though

Decided to try something different and stay in a shared house setup for a business trip and it was fantastic. The house has clearly recently been renovated to a high standard. The bedroom was lovely, it was one of the smaller rooms in the house but was comfortable for a single traveller. The shared facilities were excellent. The kitchen was huge and all the appliances are brand new, coffee/tea and milk was provided. The living room had brand new suites with a big tv. Overall very homely, modern, comfortable and will be definitely be staying again.

Room was clean and tidy. Close to Sefton Park. Ample, free on street parking. Good tea making and breakfast facilities.

Fantastic place, lovely and clean and modern. Never shared facilities before so was a little worried, but apart from a shortage of mugs in the morning we was ok. The toast and cereal, tea and coffee was a nice gesture.

Area is as back street Liverpool is so yes it’s old and a bit run down but good shops and food. The suites are utterly superb modern spotless and lovely I was over the moon. The local pub is great and the Indian food is world class at the LIGHT OF BENGAL worth going just for that

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in a while. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly , they accommodated and worked around what time I would be arriving. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, the decor was also perfect. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this place the way it is and you can obviously tell. The communal kitchen was also great with complimentary tea, coffee, toast etc. I have nothing but good things to say about this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
