Hotel and room were OK for me and for £37.80 for the night you can't complain (too much). Not sure if I'd take my Missus though. Room and en-suite were ok but a little TLC would go amiss. Wasn't that impressed with the pigeons (and their toilet) right outside the window in a sort of shaft affair. Didn't bother me too much to be fair. Going by the constant sound of running water in the en-suite all night I thought we were having a monsoon. Thd windows did not look to thd outside, so i couldn't check. Not quite sure the reason, maybe gutters etc need attention. However, it was dry when I stepped outside. The heating didn't work which luckily wasn't too much of a problem. Maybe they don't switch it on till a bit later, although it was an electric heater rather than communal heating. The location was ideal and overall it did what it said on the tin, for the price. Would I stay here again? Yes if the price is right. Not sure I'd bring the missus though.
