Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Very difficult to get hold of anyone to talk to on how to receive a refund on our deposit (can take up to 15 days) Eventually had to make a call on day 16 only to find that the hotel had retained our deposit (£200) and this is up to the 'managers discretion' and have no right to appeal. The Arthouse Hotel didn't even have the decency to contact us to say there was an issue with the deposit. Poor, really poor.

Frosty reception up on arrival from the reception staff almost would let us check in because I didn’t have my passport even though I had paid in full on line before arriving.
