Apartments were in prime location right beside Liverpool one. It had everything you needed. Kitchen was fully equipped if you wished to cook. The spare bedding for the pull out beds were in bags cable tied so you knew there were fresh and clean. Will definitely stay again

I ended up staying 4 nights with the family. Perfect as we could make our own toast, stick a pizza in the oven and microwave milk for the wee one. Great location also, handy to train stations, Liverpool one and Albert Dock at the end of the road. 40 minute walk to Hill Dickinson for the game. Nice room for a family of 5. Staff helpful for any requests also. Thanks team

Perfectly situated for anything in the city centre, it was a 10 minute walk from a car park and 14 to the Liverpool Empire. Loads of places to eat.

Property was immaculately clean. Staff at reception were absolutely lovely. Room was disappointing. I had booked the penthouse expecting penthouse quality, this was not what we got. Some parts of the apartment have rotten and cracked wood at skirting boards and door surrounds, the roof terrace is very disappointing, the noise from the street is very loud and the smell from the restaurant on the street means you’d end up smelling like fried chicken if you sat out there. The noise late on Saturday night into around 3am in the morning from the street meant we got little sleep, racing cars, drunks screaming and partying and police sirens was really something else! I cannot imagine what it would be like on lower floors given we were on the 6th floor! In addition, the en suite toilet had a sign with ‘out of order’ on it, and given I had checked with the hotel that the apartment had two bathrooms, I felt that given what we had paid for a penthouse apartment, we should receive some sort of discount for this. The manager did not agree. We will definitely not be back. A shame, a great central location, very lovely reception staff and very clean apartment. But for over £400 for 2 nights we had really expected something a bit better quality. I think you’d get better quality of accommodation in the nearby Premier Inn.
