Very nice stay - great location
Lovely stay. Only thing was bathroom tap was very odd, couldn't get cold water (we got some from the bar) and couldn't get kettle under it to fill, and still always seemed to be hot. Hooks in the bathroom for towels also would have been useful, but very comfy bed and really great staff

Comfortable but small changes could make it better
Comfortable hotel in excellent location for the ACC - a 10 min walk away. What could be improved - unfortunately breakfast wasn’t available until 8am, which was too late for me as I had to be at the ACC by 8am. That’s unusually late for a hotel. It looked like they used to start at 7.30 according to their literature, so a shame it changed to later. Towels were changed every day, which is also unusual for a hotel these days, with no option to not get them changed and help save the planet.
