"theoretically, the hotel is pet-friendly and the bowls in front of the reception desk were empty and unwashed for 2 days. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed for breakfast and the problem is that they bark in the room. Bar: whysky sour served without protein (I can understand it) but the recipe didn't include Angostura - it's one of the basic ingredients, and the bartender was surprised. "This is a lovely property. I would say it’s more of a Relais & Chateau minus. Lighting was not great, closet was too small and had too few hangers - also they were the attached kind so difficult to use. Not the hotel’s fault, but the east chairs in the room were not comfortable for my husband, who is elderly. Amenities in the bathroom a little skimpy for a Relais & Chateaux. "Ok experience, Small rooms, heating system not operativ, radiator had air inside the system and made fun noise all night. Plus for bathtub - for almost no power outlet´s near bed. Stayed for almost 3 weeks and there was a lot of slaming with several doors in the hallway during the night exactly at the same time a couple of nights 04:00 am. "When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay.
